Did you know you can freeze bananas and use them later on in all type of recipes? Sometimes I even take the time to smash them before I put them in freezer proof zip bags and put them inside of the freezer. Then when I am craving my favorite Banana Bread all I need to do is pull it out and let the bananas unfreeze for 15 minutes and use them. Easy!
