I can’t wait to celebrate New Years!
Have I told you that New Year’s Eve, after Christmas Eve, is my favorite day of the year.
Let me show you what I made to give our appetizers a little firecracker shine!
Isn’t it fun?
These Toothpick and Tinsel Toppers are so easy to make.
The only materials you’ll need are toothpicks, a tinsel garland, hot glue and a scissors.
You can make as many as you want for about 2 dollars… CRAZY!
TUTORIAL
Cut a bunch of small pieces of tinsel.
I cut mine about 1/2 inch wide.

Add a little bit of hot glue to the top of the toothpick.
Right away put the toothpick on top of the tinsel.
…and with your fingers wrap the tinsel around the toothpick pressing the tinsel upward.
Play with it until it looks right to you and looks similar to a Sparkler.
I think they are so darn cute!
Now stick it in your appetizers and goodies!
Are you ready to celebrate?
