SUPER Easy Pumpkin Cookies & Party Time!
Time to Party my FRIENDS!
As always I can’t wait to see your AWESOME projects!
Here is a little treat for you all for being just fabulous and sweet.

These cookies just have 2 ingredients…
A box of Spice Cake and a can of Pumpkin.
Now if you want to make them 36th Avenue style, you need to add the little EXTRA to make them EXTRAORDINARY!
Bring out the SUGAR and the CHOCOLATE Chips!
1
In a medium bowl mix the pumpkin and the cake mix.
2
Then add the chocolate chips and mix it again…
3
Get ready to do the baking. Place the dough on a baking sheet { if you have stone bakeware, as I do… preheat your stone } and add some love { brown suga’ } to the top…
Bake them for 8 or 9 minutes @ 350.
4
Let them cool down { if you can wait } and enjoy the smell of Fall all over your kitchen.
5
… I dare you to eat just one
Like we Spaniards say…
” When your tummy is full your heart is happy!”
Now let’s PARTY!
You know what to do…

I just made these tonight and I seriously may finish the whole batch myself. I had to bake mine a lot longer than the times you gave, but even the ones that are under-baked are super delish. I adore your blog. Thanks!
Kim,
I am so glad you liked them… We like ours soft so I can see how a few extra minutes made them perfect for you.

I’m making these right now! But I don’t see how many chocolate chips to use? Help? If I don’t see an answer by the time I’m ready to put them in the oven, I’ll just have to make a wild guess!
I put a lot… add as much as you like.
LOL. Good answer. Thanks.
Thank You

Oh goodness, I am drooooooooooooling all over my computer right now! Those cookies look sooooooooooooo goooooooooooooood! Thanks so much for the recipe!
Also, thanks for hosting another wonderful party! I’m linking up a wreath I made using miniature pumpkin pods (aka putka pods) in link #135. This is the first (…hmm, first successful) wreath I have made for the fall (usually I’m all over winter time wreaths!) It’s also a design that can be easily adapted to suit other embellishments – not just little pumpkins. I hope you enjoy it!
Take care,
Christina
