Many of you keep asking me what happened to my laundry room makeover?
Well, here it is!
The challenge for this room was that there are not windows in here.
No source of natural light. Boo!
So the first thing we did was to add the “boarding” around the room to
bring the white while adding some texture and dimension.
Also we built a countertop for the washer and dryer area.
This is perhaps one of the best things we have ever done.
Now we have a place where we can fold our laundry.
As you know life is full of messes…
…and full of clean ups!
{ By the way I need to change the sign since this is a Laundry room instead of a “cocina” }
The cabinets and small shelf got a little navy blue love and some silver knobs.
At this point all I had left was to add the accessories…
The little things that makes a house a home.
…Cute!
I love the old lace…
I found these hooks at Lowes, the nautical design was just perfect!
So there you have it… our laundry room!
Happy Monday!

Love the navy, pink and white!
Thank you Kari!
Wow and wow! Just gorgeous. I wouldn’t complain about doing laundry as much if my space were this pretty. Love the little details!
Thank you so much Jessica!
This looks beautiful!
OMG………..this is so darn cute! Love the white and the different pops of color!! You are one talented gem!!!! Love it!!
Awww Tammy… you are so good to me. Thank you so much!
Love it!
What a great Laundry Room!!! Mine doesn’t have a window either and I painted it a seafoam “beachy” green to brighten it up. I think I just may have to paint the cabinets white now to brighten it even more after seeing all the white in your space. I do LOVE the countertop too:)
Could I move into your laundry room please!? Love it!!
Wow – I’m obsessed with this! I just pinned it because we suffer from the same problemo – a super dark laundry room. Which makes it that much harder to enjoy countless loads of fun in there. 🙂 I’m thinking that the board and battan is a MUST! Thank you for sharing!
Cute and pleasant. 🙂 Love it!
Love! Love! Love! One quick question, where did you find the legs for your countertop?
