One of my goals this year is to eat healthier. I love frozen treats and I love yogurt so I came up with an idea that allows me to eat guilt free healthy popsicles when I’m craving a huge bowl of ice cream. You can do this with any of your favorite yogurt flavors… Your kiddos will also love them!
This is how…
It is as easy as one, two, three!

Insert a popsicle stick inside of your favorite yogurt.

Put the yogurts on a flat surface inside of the freezer for one to two hours.
When the yogurts are frozen and you are ready to eat them pull them out gently.
