I have a fun quick tutorial for you guys today.
DIY Clothespins Tutorial.
ย
All the papers and embellishments that I am going to be using came from the 5th & Frolic line from Dear Lizzy.
Oh my cuteness! I love Elizabeth Kartchner stuff.
These clothespins were so easy to make!
I used theย paper from theย 5th & Frolic line from Dear Lizzy,
double sided tape, and scissors.
ย
Cut a strip of paper a bit thinner than the clothespin you are using.
Add tape to the back side of the paper.
ย
Measure the length of the clothespin.
Then peel the other side of the tape and stick it on.
ย
You are done!
ย
I used them as part of a little crafty gift basket that I made for one of my girls.
ย
A few weeks ago I got in the mail some adorable crafty supplies from Dear Lizzy.
The first thing that caught my eye were the pretty colors and the adorable patterns of the paper.
I knew I wanted to make something for my oldest daughter since these designs were screaming her name.
She loves journals and stationaries so right away I thought to use most of the paper to make her a memory book.
I made the turquoise one inspired by the little book from Dear Lizzy.
ย
To make it I cut every single piece of paper in 8 1/2 x 11 size.
I coordinated them in a way that I liked and then I took it to have it boundโฆ. So cute!
Check out the inside and the accessories.
ย
ย With the rest of the paper, the rubber stamps, the ribbon and the absolutely adorable buttons I made the rest of the accessories.
Seriously you canโt go wrong!
ย
This is the gift basket that I ended up withโฆ I love the bookmark!
ย
A little basket like this would be an adorable Teacherโs Gift.
ย The 5th & Frolic line from Dear Lizzyย it’s available atย JoAnn Fabric & Craft stores nationwide.
