How to make perfect Crispy Bacon is a lot easier and cleaner than you may think. In our family we use bacon for many different dishes. It’s yummy in salads, hamburgers, topping for potato soups, for breakfast, and in BLT sandwiches. Instead of preparing bacon every single time I need it, I like to make a bunch of crispy bacon all at once and then keep it in the fridge. After trying many different ways I have found that this is the best way to make delicious crispy bacon!
LET’S MAKE BACON!
The first thing I do is cut the package of bacon in half. This makes the perfect size for bacon strips!
Plug in your electric griller and wait until it heats up. I have this George Foreman Grill and I use mine all the time. I love how the extra fat melts into the catcher instead of inside of my belly. If you don’t have one, go and get one. It’s a great investment!

When the grill is ready place strips of bacon on top. Let the bacon cook until the bottom side turns to your desire crispiness and then turn it over. Let it cook for a few additional minutes until the bacon looks crispy and to your likeness.
Remove the crispy bacon from the grill and let it sit on top of a plate lined with paper towels. Repeat until all the bacon is cooked.
Now that your bacon is perfectly crispy it is ready to use in your favorite dishes.
I love to chop it into small pieces for salads, put it inside of sandwiches, and serve it hot and crispy for breakfast!
