So the candle Lumieres melt when you put a tea light in them? They are very pretty. I have soy wax, would I be able to use that? Also, is there any way of spraying something on it or whatever so that it won’t melt?
I made a zillion of these for my wedding reception, located at a historic venue that didn’t allow real candles. We used battery operated tea lights and they didn’t melt a bit. Be aware — they are more time consuming that you’d think.
love the ideas and many gifts to give. Love, love, love the site.
Thank you so much Ronda for visiting and taking the time to say hi!
Where did you find the colored beads for the washer necklaces. I found everything except those and I really like them for what I have in mind. Is there a product number that I could look up? Thanks
I got them at Walmart over a year ago.

Thanks to you Vanessa for visiting with us… I am so glad you liked them!
This is the absolute most brilliant post I have ever seen. Thanks for taking care of my Christmas gifts this year!! 🙂
Absolutely fantastic ideas! Thanks for sharing!
I love this list not only for being budget-friendly, but also for how easily each one can be personalized for the recipient. Last Christmas, I gave each of my friends a little antique tin of tinted lip balm using a few retired lipsticks and melting them down with vaseline. It was the most inexpensive gift I have ever given, plus my friends still adore them eight months later. I’m eyeing those paperclip earrings for this year, thanks for the inspiration!
