We have a large unfinished basement. The kids I go down there and ride scooters and bicycles to get everyone moving even when it is too cold to go outside!
Being a SoCal resident there are no real “winter blues”. It’s a gorgeous 76 today so just to get outside and appreciate it is the best way to cure any kind of blues.
