I am personally a cookie lover and my hips can testify of that. There is something about a homemade cookie that takes us back to the better days, to grandma’s kitchen, to our childhood. Do you have a favorite cookie? Well, I really hope you and your family enjoy this recipe. We love it!

Chewy S’mores Cookie Recipe
- 1 Cup { 2 Sticks } Butter, soften.
- 1 Cup Sugar
- ½ Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Tb. Vanilla
- 2 Eggs
- 2½ Cups Flour
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- ½ tsp. Salt
- 1 Box { 3.4oz } Vanilla Pudding
- 1½ Cups Chocolate Chips
- 2 Cups Golden Graham Cereal { crunched }
- 1 Cup Mini Marshmallows
- Optional
- ½ Cup Marshmallow creme
- Heat oven to 375°F
- Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in a large bowl with mixer until creamy.
- Add eggs, beat well.
- Stir together flour, baking soda, vanilla pudding, and salt, gradually add to butter mixture until well blended.
- Add chocolate chips and marshmallows to the mixture and stir together.
- Crush the cereal into smaller pieces and add to the mixture, stir in some more.
- Drop by Tablespoon onto a lightly greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool slightly and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- OPTIONAL:
- You can spread a small mount of marshmallow creme and some more cereal crumbs on top of each cookie before baking to make them even better!
