I am so excited for the party…
I missed you all last week so I am ready to see your creations and make some new stickers!
This is a little something I made today when my daughter reminded me that tomorrow is the first day of December…
What!
If you are having the same “WHAT!” moment don’t PANIC…
Feel free to print my little Advent Calendar Tree and smile because you are ready for the count down baby.
That’s right… BRING IT ON SANTA!
We are ready for you!
TUTORIAL
1
Paint the FRAME
{ If you have one don’t worry about this step}
2
While drying come over to hang out with me for a minute and print the TREE.
I used this cute aqua craft paper instead of plain white.
Hopefully your printer does a better job than mine…
Here are my first two tries.
The trees are supposed to be aqua…
BOO to you printer!
3
Add some ribbon to the back of the frame I used tacks to hold it in place.
What’s UP with the tape girl?
I didn’t know where the back was…
SORRY you get what you get and don’t throw a fit 😉
4
Hang it!
So cute!
A closer look…
Now all you have left is to cross out the days with a dry erase marker…
My kids LOVE doing this!
How do you do it in your family?
Do you go from 1 to 25 or from 25 to 1?
So… I think I can officially say
Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas to you!
{ Ensure that the zoom is set at 100% for an 8 1/2″ x 11″ print }

What an adorable advent calendar!!! I love it (especially your little stars in crossing out each day – too cute!)!
This week I’m linking up a project I’ve been working on, for what seems like a million years (link #212)! I made my own custom colour chalkboard paint from a Martha Stewart recipe. I know it’s not very Christmas related like many of the other links this week – but what the heck! I slaved over this thing and it’s finally done and I’m sharing it!
Hope you like it, and thanks for hosting another great party!
Take care,
Christina
