Sometimes the best things you do don’t look the best in pictures…
Sometimes those things are done when it is dark and the light is not perfect…
Sometimes the best crafts you will ever make will never be pinned, or facebooked, or twitted
but hopefully they would be remembered forever by the person that you made them with.
Sometimes those moments happen in a messy house with not a bit of make up…
Sometimes between dinosaurs, glue sticks, markers and construction paper you get to remember that the most beautiful thing that anyone can ever call you is mama.
…Sometimes perfection comes to us in the most intimate simple moments.
I needed to remember that!
Happy Wednesday My Friends!

What a wonderful post…school projects can be daunting but the best part is helping your children create their masterpiece. And pics of the process will be cherished forever… you’ll have the most awesome memories to look back on when they’ve grown.
Thanks for sharing & happy Wednesday.
Sarah,
I am with you… the little things are the ones that make the biggest difference…
Thank you for such a sweet comment!

Well said. 🙂 I think we all need that little reminder here and there.

I totally agree! It’s those moments where life is truly great and wonderful.
Seize the moment… seize the memory. Our children are the most valuable & beautiful investment we ever make! Love following along with you on your blog! Blessings!

ous, just precious! I love that you are both sooo focused on the project. I especially love your daughter’s tongue peeking out in concentration. The only thing I have found that is more precious than “mama” is “Nay-Nay!!”. Yep, that is pretty darn special.
I love your blog but they may have been my favorite post of yours. I love the glimpse at your real life and love seeing the photos of your proud daughter. I have two little ones and it made me excited to help them with their school projects when they are older.
