Hi , I am going to try these, do you add the egg oil etc that the cake mix requires?
No, just the dry mix and the rest of the ingredient on the recipe.
Hi There, I just made these and followed the directions completely. They smell amazing and taste delicious but they are kind of soft / cake like. I am wondering I may have needed to leave them in a bit longer or if this is how they are supposed to turn out?
They are a bit more chewy that a regular cookie but they shouldn’t be like cake. Try baking them for a little longer next time since every oven is different.
Panza llena, corazon contento! Que delicia y que faciles! Gracias, Desiree.
Jajaja! Bien dicho… Gracias por la visita!
I just finished making these and they are sooo good! And they just hit the fall spot! I’m just curious if I made them wrong by adding the eggs, water, and oil to the pumpkin and the cake mix since it said 4 ingredients?
You don’t add eggs, oil or water just the cake mix and the can of pumpkin for the batter.
Just made these for my college group at church! They’re delicious!!
Yay! I am so happy you try them… Thank you so much for visiting with us!
I pinned these yesterday, and made them today. I linked back to them in my blog (which is an educational blog). Oh-Em-Geeeee!!!!!!! SOOOOOOOOOO delicious. My whole house smells like fall, and I cannot wait to share these with the other teachers at work!
The best part is how easy they are to make… We love them!
I make these into muffins or pumpkin bread…..never thought of cookies! They are yummy ….. and sooooo easy!

Thank you so much Bliss!
I just made these tonight and I seriously may finish the whole batch myself. I had to bake mine a lot longer than the times you gave, but even the ones that are under-baked are super delish. I adore your blog. Thanks!
Kim,
I am so glad you liked them… We like ours soft so I can see how a few extra minutes made them perfect for you.
I have another SUPER easy cookie coming… I think you are going to love this one also.
