I have it for ya!
Caramelized Pear and Gorgonzola Flat Bread, quick easy and tasty.

Not so long ago when we were out on a date with hubby, I’ve ordered something really unique at a restaurant.
I was craving for that same taste in my mouth ever since, so I decided to create this flavorful caramelized pear & Gorgonzola  flat bread at home.
A wonderful mix of flavors.

You can experiment different toppings for flat breads. For now, this is far my favorite –
especially being in pear season.
