Do you keep a journal? If you do that’s awesome and if you don’t this is a great time to start! I hope you guys are having a good time and enjoying Summer so far. I love all the memories that we get to make as a family during this time of the year and what a better way to remember them that recording those moments in a journal.

Inspired by Summer I made two different Journal Covers that you can use to make journals for your kids or yourself. This could be a great way to keep the kiddos occupied and use some of their free time practicing their writing and reading skills while recording their Summer memories.

Free Nautical Journal Printable at Such a cute way to keep a record of Summer memories!

Here we have the blue nautical cover… so cool!

And a nautical design for the girly girls… as my Mimi says, so cute!

All you need to do is trace the shape of the note book on the printable, cut it and glue it.

Use the extra piece of paper to make pockets for the front and back inside covers…

…a little space to store some fantastic Summer keepsakes.

I think they would make adorable birthday gifts as well.
