Creamy Mushroom Chicken Bake
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 (10.75-oz) cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups regular white rice, uncooked
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 1 cup fried onions
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  3. Combine cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, rice & onion soup mix in a medium bowl & whisk together.
  4. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish
  5. Add chicken on top of rice mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with fried onions
  7. Cover tightly with foil & bake for 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes.
  8. Remove foil for the last 10 minutes for browning.
