Dessert Recipe - Lemon Cream Pie

  • 1 (3.4oz) box instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 cup 2% milk - for pudding
  • 1 (15.25oz) package Oreo lemon cookies
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  1. Pour heavy whipping cream and sugar into a cold medium bowl and whisk for approximately a minute on high speed. Cover and put in the fridge.
  2. Follow the instructions on the pudding box to make the pudding.
  3. First spread half of the pudding into a 9.5 inch round deep glass pie dish - You can find one HERE
  4. Next, cover the first layer of pudding with lemon Oreos. You may need to cut some of the cookies in half or fourths to be able to cover the entire surface.
  5. Then spread the rest of the pudding on top of the cookies. Cover the pie and put in the fridge for at least an hour.
  6. Crumble the remaining cookies in a small food processor. If you don't have one put the cookies in a zip bag and smash them until they crumble into small pieces. Put aside.
  7. When you are ready to serve spread the whipping cream on top of the pie. Top with the crumbled cookies and lemon zest.
  8. Enjoy!
