Reserving the veggies, mix all other ingredients in a resealable bag or a bowl. Add all the veggies and massage mixture into the veggies and evenly coat them.
Place the vegetables on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15 minutes, stir and bake another 10 minutes.
