Brussel Sprouts Balsamic Honey Glaze

Serves: 4 servings
  1. Wash and cut the Brussels sprouts in bite size.
  2. Place the Brussels Sprouts and water in a medium bowl and cover with a plate. Microwave for five minutes. Drain water and sprinkle salt and pepper.
  3. Chop garlic in small pieces and added to the sprouts.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet. Stir fry the Brussel Sprouts until garlic turns golden brown.
  5. Stir in the balsamic vinegar and honey. Cook for an additional two minutes.
  6. Serve right away while warm.
