Ingredients
  • 2 cup rotisserie shredded chicken
  • 1 cup ( deli style) chopped ham
  • 2½ cup cheddar cheese
  • 2 tb butter
  • 1 (10¾ ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom
  • 1 (10¾ ounce) can condensed cream of chicken
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tb dry onion flakes
  • 2 cup cornflakes, crushed
  • 4 tb butter, melted
Instructions
  1. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and coat the inside of a 11x7 baking dish.
  2. Remove the skin from a rotisserie chicken and shred 2 cups of chicken. Chop ham into small pieces.
  3. In a bowl mix the sour cream, chicken and mushroom condensed creams, salt and onion flakes. Don't over mix, you want this mixture to maintain a thick creamy texture. Add the chicken, ham, and 2 cups of shredded cheese. Mix until the chicken, cheese, and ham are coated.
  4. Put the mixture into the baking pan.
  5. Crush the cornflakes in small pieces. Melt butter and combine cornflakes and butter. Sprinkle evenly over top of casserole.
  6. Bake at 350 F for 40-45 minutes or until heated and bubbly.
  7. Let it sit 5 minutes before you serve.
