Rolo Cheesecake Dip
  • 1 8oz. Softened Cream Cheese
  • 1 { 7 oz.} Marshmallow Creme
  • 1 Bag of Rolos
  1. Peel 20 to 25 Rolos and cut them in half. Put them in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds.
  2. Add cream cheese and marshmallow creme and use an electric mixer to combine.
  3. Peel and chop the remaining Rolos in small pieces. Add to the dip and mix with a spoon.
  4. Cover and put in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve with sliced green apples.
