Slow Cooker Cheesy Sausage Dip

  • 1 lb. Ground Johnsonville Mild Italian Sausage
  • 1 Can (14.5 oz) Petite Diced Tomatos
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1 tsp. Dry Chives
  • 1 C. Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Tb. Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
  1. In a large skillet, brown sausage. Drain sausage in a colander.
  2. Cut cream cheese block into small cubes. Place the cream cheese, ¾ cup Mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, dressing mix, chives, and sausage into a slow cooker.
  3. Heat the mixture in the crock pot on high heat for approximately 1 hour, stirring occasionally until the dip is well mixed and the cream cheese has melted.
  4. Transfer hot dip into a serving dish and sprinkle with the rest of the Mozzarella cheese and some more dry chives. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
