  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 to 6 bacon strips
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 c. thinly sliced lettuce
  • 4 to 6 Provolone cheese slices
  • 1 Bake at Home regular size baguette or 1 twin pack Bake at Home baguette - You can find these in your supermarket bakery area.
  • 1 oz. package Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing Mix - The powder type
  • 1 bottle Hidden Valley® Sweet Chili Dressing
  1. Follow the heating instructions on the package and bake the bread.
  2. While bread is baking remove any fat from chicken breasts and slice them in half lengthwise, just like you would cut bread if you were making a sub sandwich. You should end with four pieces of chicken breasts.
  3. Rub powdered dressing mix on each side of the chicken breasts.
  4. Melt a little bit of butter in a pan and turning once, cook the chicken for 10 to 12 minutes, or until it is no longer pink inside. Slice the chicken in equal pieces. Cook bacon until crispy and cut in halves.
  5. Slice tomato, avocado, and lettuce. Cut cheese slices in half.
  6. Slice open the warm baguette and layer all the ingredients starting first with the cheese, chicken and bacon. Drizzle Hidden Valley® Sweet Chili Dressing on top. Second layer lettuce, tomatoes, avocado and drizzle a bit more dressing. Top with baguette.
  7. Cut baguette in equal pieces and serve right away.
Optional : You can use a regular already cooked baguette. Toast the inside before you layer the ingredients.
