Blueberry Cheesecake Pops
  • 1 (16 ounce) container vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pkt cheesecake pudding mix (just the powder- do not prepare the pudding)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1-2 graham crackers
  • ½ cup blueberry jam
  1. Combine yogurt, vanilla, pudding mix powder, sweetened condensed milk & milk in mixer bowl
  2. Beat on medium until fully combined - should be fairly thick once mixed
  3. Crumble graham crackers into the bottom of your popsicle molds
  4. Spoon in your cheesecake frozen yogurt mixture to about half full
  5. Add in a small spoonful of jam
  6. Swirl the jam into the yogurt slightly with a skewer or thin object
  7. Fill remaining molds with more cheesecake yogurt mix
  8. Add your sticks & freeze overnight
