  • 3 Pounds of Ground Beef
  • 1 Pkg. McCormick Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix
  • 1 Bag Of Seasoned Croutons
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Cup of Italian Style Bread Crumbs
  • ½ Cup Ketchup
  • 2 Tb. Prepared Mustard
  • 3 Tb. Brown Sugar
  1. Mix the beef, seasoning, croutons and eggs together in a large bowl until well mixed.
  2. Shape meat mixture into a loaf and gently roll it on the bread crumbs until it is all covered.
  3. Place on a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  4. Bake in a preheated 375F oven for 1 hour or until cooked thoroughly.
  5. In a separate small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard and ketchup. Mix well and pour over the meatloaf 15 to 20 minutes before it is done.
