Three Ingredient Orange Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thawed
  • Salt and pepper to taste (optional)
  • ½ cup orange marmalade
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (I love Baby Ray's original brand)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Red pepper flakes, to taste (optional)
Instructions
  1. Salt and pepper chicken, if desired, and place chicken in a 4- to 5-quart slow cooker. Just the chicken. No need to add liquid. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
  2. Meanwhile, mix together orange marmalade, BBQ sauce, soy sauce and red pepper flakes, if desired.
  3. Drain liquid from the slow cooker. Pour orange mixture over chicken, cover, and continue slow cooking on high for an additional 30 minutes.
  4. Remove and serve warm.
Notes
No need to add liquid to the chicken. The juice from the chicken will steam them.
