This fun and delicious Summer Dessert is perfect for pool parties and birthdays. This dessert recipe is fun to make and fun to eat!
Are you here because you are planning a pool party? Then you are at the right place and at the right time. Today I have the cutest and yummiest Summer Dessert for you! These swimming bears are the most adorable dessert for any birthday or pool party. I made it for my kids this week and they loved it. These Jello Cups are also great for the Fourth of July. Use red gummy lifesavers and just like that you’ll have a red, white, and blue dessert!
INGREDIENTS & MATERIALS
( Makes 6 servings – More depending on cup size )
1 (6oz.) Box Blue Berry Blue Jell-O
Water
Teddy Honey Grahams
Gummy Lifesavers – HERE
Whipped Topping
Blue Food Coloring – I used this one HERE
Clear Plastic Cups – Similar to these ones HERE
TUTORIAL
The first thing you need to do is make the Jell-O. Simply follow the direction on the box. As soon as the Jell-O is prepared pour it into clear plastic cups. Make sure to leave enough empty space to put the whipped topping later. You can do this step the day before and leave the Jell-O cups in the fridge until you are ready to serve!
Safety always comes first so it’s time to put the gummy Lifesavers on the bears!
Add the waves!
I like the whipped topping to be fluffy and fresh! I recommend to wait until you are ready to serve before you add the food coloring.
Add a small amount of food coloring to the topping and don’t over mix it. When you are happy with the color go ahead and top each cup of Jell-O with this yummy fluffy topping.
Finish this cute summer dessert placing the swimming bears on top.
