I thought this was the most beautiful Halloween display. I’m partial to all things aqua or turquoise though. Wondering if you would please post in the future a tutorial on your wreath and your garland. Curious for now if on the garland you using jute to tie on your fabric cuts? I’ve tried to make it out in the photo and can not tell.
