I’ve been using Silk® Milks for years because I love how light they are and easy to digest.

My favorite ones are their Original Soy Milk and the Silk Cashew Milk.

I love that Silk’s plant-based beverages and yogurt alternatives are perfect substitutes for recipes that ask for lactose . I personally love using them in my kitchen to create delicious meat- and dairy-free versions of my go-to tailgating recipes and favorite everyday desserts and snacks! Adopting a more plant-based diet can start with making a change just one day a week, so why not start by sidelining meat during Monday Night Football games this season?

Ready to make some yumminess?
