Pineapple Tropical Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 5½-inch Pineapple rings (fresh recommended but can use canned)
  • 1 ripe mango
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • ½ Tbsp sugar (adjust to your own sweetness preference)
  • 5 fresh mint leaves
  • Juice from ½ lime Crushed ice
Instructions
  1. Cut off the top and bottom of the pineapple. Cut off the hard skin off the pineapple. Slice pineapple meat into ½-inch-thick rings. Cut out the pineapple core.
  2. Peel mango and cut the meat off the seed.
  3. Chop pineapple rings and mango and add them to the blender.
  4. Mix pineapple juice and sugar and add it to the blender.
  5. Add mint leaves and lime juice to the blender.
  6. Add about ½ cup to a cup of crushed ice.
  7. Blend well. Garnish with some fruit and mint and serve right away.
