Ingredients
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 banana
  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • handful dried seed and dried fruit mix ( we make ours with almonds, cashews, dried apricot, dried cranberry, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds )
Instructions
  1. Put everything in a food processor and smooth it well. Garnish with fresh spinach. Enjoy!
