How was your Thanksgiving?
I’m still full from eating way too much!
Today I’m going to show you a quick tutorial for
this DIY Rudolph T-shirt.
This is a very easy project.
You can customize your own clothing in just minutes.
All I did was to create the design and cut it using heat transfer vinyl and my Silhouette.
After, I transferred the heat transfer vinyl onto the T-shirt using the iron.
Make sure to cover the vinyl with fabric as you iron it.
The next step was peeling the clear film off slowly.
And then I added a pom pom to make the red cute “O”…
If you want you can make your own pom pom.
I decided to add some Velcro to the back of it and to the t-shirt that way
I can remove it when it is time to wash the shirt.
I told you this was quick, simple and super easy to make.
I think she likes it!
So cute!
This was my first project using heat transfer vinyl.
I could not believe how easy it is to transfer words or even images onto fabric.
If you don’t own a Silhouette and you’ve been thinking about getting one
this is a great time to do so since there is a huge sale going on right now.
You don’t want to miss it…

Now I better go and finish decorating and getting our home ready for the Holidays…
Have you put your Christmas Tree up yet?
We did yesterday and today we are doing the outside lights.
So fun and exciting!
See you later!

This is adorable Desiree! I will be making these for my girls!
Hi Desirée! I was wondering too about the vinyl, and if it would make it through the wash! I’m glad to hear it was actually the heat transfer. I haven’t tried that yet myself, but your post makes me want to. You always have the cutest ideas, and this one is no exception. And it just goes to show that you don’t have to make the shirt from start to finish for it to be adorable. Great job!

I love it! Adding the velcro to the pom pom was a great idea so that it can be removed for washing. Just wondering though, as I am not too familiar with it, did you use the adhesive vynal or the heat transfer for the design?
Karen, I am so glad you noticed that. I used heat transfer vinyl. I just edited the post…♥
