Hello to all of the 36th AVENUE’s friends!
It’s Ruthie from What’s Cooking with Ruthie.com
and I’m SO happy to be here with all of you!
At our house we love banana’s- in fact I have to keep them stocked up just like milk or my kids think it’s time to go to the store!
BUT, every once in awhile… some of our banana’s get a little too ripe.
I like to save the over-ripe ones to make these

Yummmmm!! Can’t wait to try : )
Just made them and they. are. gooooood!! Thanks Ruthie! I realized part way through that I was out of cream cheese, so I used some sour cream. Still good!
I started making these, until I realized cream cheese is listed in the ingredient list, but not in the instructions. I wasn’t sure when to put it in or if it wasn’t supposed to be in the ingredient list. Help!
Hey Liz… it’s Ruthie. I’m so sorry on the oversight– just add in the cream cheese with the butter. Thanks 🙂
I just fixed it!
As usual, these look amazing Ruthie! I see a pin-pin-pin on my board-board-board! 🙂
These look amazing!!! Thank you for a great recipe 🙂

I love recipes that use bananas. Especially when they also have chocolate. I will definitely be trying this one.
