It is known that the way to a man’s heart it’s through his stomach
and what shows more love than to feed them breakfast in bed.
Here is a simple recipe that will make this coming Sunday morning even more special..

INGREDIENTS
All you need to make German Pancakes is shown in the picture.
6 eggs
1 Cup of Milk
1 Cup of Flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tablespoons Butter
DIRECTIONS
Preheat your oven at 400º Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl using a mixer blend the eggs, the flour, the milk and salt together.
Make sure you mix all ingredients well until the mixture is foamy and smooth.
At this point you want to melt the three teaspoons of butter and spread it evenly on a 9″ x 13″ baking pan.
The pan needs to be at least 2 inches tall since the pancakes are going to rise quite a bit.
When the pan is ready pour the mixture into the pan slowly…
Some of the butter is going to mix with the mixture… That’s OK.
Now it is time to bake for 20 minutes on a preheated 400º hot oven.
Do NOT open the oven during the cooking time.
This will cause your pancakes to be flat and they won’t be so good that way.
When the 20 minutes are up you are going to find this…
Ammm… Yep!
Oh baby!
Add some syrup to the yumminess to make it extraordinary…
For a full breakfast I add bacon, eggs and homemade hash browns.
Pretty amazing that something so simple can be so good!
We eat German Pancakes every Christmas and Thanksgiving’s Breakfast.
