Pumpkin Cookie Recipe

Serves: 24 cookies
  • 1 box of Spice Cake
  • 1 Can of Pumpkin
  • 1 Can of Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Cup of Brown Sugar
  1. In a medium bowl mix the pumpkin and the cake mix.
  2. Add the chocolate chips and mix again.
  3. Place the dough on a baking sheet {if you have stone bake ware preheat your stone} and add some brown sugar to the top of each cookie.
  4. Bake them at 350F for 7 to 8 minutes.
These are delicious!

    Also, thanks for hosting another wonderful party! I’m linking up a wreath I made using miniature pumpkin pods (aka putka pods) in link #135. This is the first (…hmm, first successful) wreath I have made for the fall (usually I’m all over winter time wreaths!) It’s also a design that can be easily adapted to suit other embellishments – not just little pumpkins. I hope you enjoy it!
